Angelina Phebus

Writer, Yoga Instructor (RYT 200)

Angelina Phebus is a writer, registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), and voracious reader. She enjoys writing about yoga and the mind-body connection. Angelina is also an Archaeologist, with a Master of Arts in Classical Archaeology at University of North Carolina. Her other interests include military life, productivity, and pets. When she is not typing away at her desk or moving through a brisk vinyasa flow, you may catch her taking an adventure with her dog or scanning the shelves at the library.
