I am a freelance writer at leathermanmedia.com and blogger at Happymindsets.com. I have been blogging for over ten years, but I have been writing ever since I could pick up a pencil. I do this because I am passionate about writing, and I am passionate about helping people. I believe that we each have our own stories and that sharing those stories is an essential part of who we are and why we are here. I'm also a teacher, and I am ABD in a doctorate of Educational Leadership program. I have two kids who keep me busy, and I love to read, write, and hike.
