Olivia Schnur holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, she is Certified in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach. She specializes in healing trauma, stress, anxiety and burnout. Olivia is also a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with specialized training in trauma-sensitive yoga, yin yoga, and energy healing. She combines her interests in yoga and mental health to assist others in embracing their body and breath as sources of healing. Overall, Olivia is passionate about mental health, wellness and spirituality as tools for living a balanced and meaningful life.
