Paula Neal Mooney was born and raised in Chicago, and at the age of 21, obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the world-renowned School of Business and Industry at Florida A & M University. The author of several books, her essays and articles have been featured in national print magazines such as Writer's Digest, and in major online publications like Yahoo and Examiner.
