I'm Fabio, I'm a business coach and motivational speaker. I work with both individuals and organisations. For example, I help organisations create LGBTQ friendly working environments, and I help individuals come out, confidently and safely, to their families and work colleagues. I also help them create specific goals that are in alignment with their top values. This enables them balance their life and creates space for them to be authentic. I have helped more than 100 LGBTQ people in the last two years, and run training courses for businesses like IG. I am passionate about making the world a better place for LGBTQ people.
