Well, you'll be surprised how unhealthy that can be and how much distress it can put on the body, even shortening lifespan if done incorrectly! Is the cost of getting lean really worth it? The answer is maybe yes, and maybe no.

Getting in shape requires making sacrifices of time, and requires making and sticking to strict priorities. However, severe changes in diet and nutrition and fad diets may do more harm than good, not allowing the body to adjust properly.
