Do you want a happier life? Here is an infographic with some great tips from MyBreast.org. What I love about this infographic is that it gives ideas for small changes to make in a variety of areas of our lives: the social, work, health and fitness, mind, and personal life categories. I like a lot of these ideas, but #3 is probably my favorite. Along with having a healthy mindset, environment is pretty much everything. 

Surrounding yourself with people who are positive and inspiring enriches your life significantly and also helps change your mindset about reaching for your dreams. Having a tribe of encouraging people helps change your mindset from “I can’t do that” to “How could I not?” and contributes to having a much happier life.
